Meet Jyoti
Hi I’m Jyoti Jani Patel, founder of Spille:Play, plus speaker, coach, DJ, engineering leader and organizational designer. I started my company after seeing and feeling first hand how stress, poor communication and misaligned HR and learning & development processes negatively impacted an amazing place to work and generated inefficiencies, burnout, and turnover.
I discovered that play helps people break through the tension that disconnects them from each other, and empowers people to feel and do their best. With two decades of corporate experience and two advanced degrees, I’m here to change the world for the better.
I consult with STEM and social impact executives who want to operationalize an inclusive learning culture and retain multi-passionate talent. Through applying my extensive Fortune 50 engineering leadership expertise, global awareness, and liberatory values, I guide people to work in fierce alignment with their purpose, develop future-proof, innovative and inclusive organizations, and develop the interpersonal skills they need to navigate complexity and change.
