Our founder, Jyoti, knows the powerful impact that creative, inclusive, and systemic thinking can have on people, teams, and organizations. Born and raised in London to Indian parents, she fulfilled her dreams of becoming an aerospace leader. She found cultures that lacked empathy and transparency impacted her creativity and wellbeing. As she advanced to an enterprise program leader and then entrepreneur, she learned that building alignment between values and behaviors is not only good for our health, but it's good for business. 

This deep experience, along with her Masters degree in organizational systems and psychology, enables Jyoti to explain how cultural beliefs manifest in organizational systems and structures, often contributing to harmful practices that diminish trust and wellbeing, oppress marginalized groups, and impede long term business impact.

As a dancer, music-lover, and DJ, Jyoti understands that keeping an audience engaged requires more than a PowerPoint and a microphone. Her interactive presentations incorporate art and movement is a powerful, playful gateway to the optimal state of creative flow.
