Invite your top decision-makers to this innovative future scenario exploration and interactive strategy design workshop. Optimized to span two days, you will create a 3-D systems model of your internal and external business environment using a complete LEGO® Serious Play® landscape kit, explore how you would respond to events based on their systemic impacts, and derive a set of guiding principles to guide future decision-making.

Outcomes

1. Create two metaphorical models of your organizational purpose and identity - current and aspirational

2. Build an interconnected 3D system model of variables in your organizational landscape using Lego, including your identity models. 


3. Enact possible future events and explore stories of how those events influence the variables in your environment using the Lego system model.

4. Decide with your team how your organization would choose to respond to those events.

5. Derive a set of strategic guiding principles based on what you learn and explore together
