Remote Team Culture Workshop

Need a customizable workshop for your next team gathering that works great online? This 3-hour workshop is a fun combination of customizable pulse surveys, learning bites and interactive team games. We'll dig into the concepts of emotional intelligence, creativity, culture, and systems thinking. Work with us and let your whole team participate in this energizing session.

Outcomes

  1. Conduct live polling to determine your teams opportunities, strengths, and alignment to your existing values or leadership principles

  2. Learn fundamentals of emotional intelligence, culture theory and systems thinking

  3. Play with movement, drawing, and storytelling real-time to learn about creative flow

  4. Create intentions with your team in small groups based on what you learn and explore together

Each participant will walk away feeling energized, have a shared understanding of cultural strengths and opportunities, and a deeper understanding of emotional intelligence and culture. You will receive a PDF & .XLS report of the polling data gathered realtime.
